Wood Finisher/Spray Painter
Experienced Finisher needed. Must have experience with stains, paints, lacquer, spray applications, glazing ,color matching ,and touch up.
- Experience working with finishes for all types of woods and veneers
- Capable to mix ingredients to obtain specified color or shade to specifications or match existing finishes
- Ability to achieve color consistency and color matches on a regular basis
- Calculates mix ratios as per manufacturer’s specs
- Able to perform on site touch ups and repairs
- Ability to apply primer, top coat paint, stain, and any wiped or spray-applied coatings to detailed parts as per customer specifications and industry quality standards
- Skilled in removing excess material and prepares the surface for finishing
- Must be familiar with and have operational knowledge of department tools
- Familiar with reading shop drawings and be able to read a ruler and have basic math skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to organize your workspace and meet deadlines
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Must be professional and reliable
- Clean valid drivers license

Lead Cabinet Installer
- Must have 3 years + experience minimum
- Able to work in a team effort environment, and display professionalism at all times
- Ability to interact efficiently on site with client, general contractors and subs
- Must be able to read and understand units of measurements /plans
- Manage all site documents and relay relevant project information and project status daily to shop manager
- Responsible for assigning tasks and planning out all stages of install from confirming all materials and tools are loaded in vehicle for delivery, oversee entire installation process from start to completion
- Skilled in follow up , organization, and good communication
- Must have and maintain a clean and valid driver’s licenses
- Must have own hand tools
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include working outside the typical schedule of Mon – Fri and overtime
